Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it hasn't been shipped yet. Once the order is shipped, we cannot accept any cancellations.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only in the case of damaged or defective items. Please raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, earrings (including jhumkas) cannot be returned unless they are damaged upon arrival.
